All Eve&Co products are shipped via courier where possible, and in other cases shipped by Australia Post.

All items are sent with tracking. Courier shipped parcels require signature on delivery, unless otherwise specified or requested by you.
We take no responsibility for any issues with courier/postal services that are out of our control.

Any Australian orders of over $450 include free shipping.

 

SHIPPING COSTS - AUSTRALIA
We charge between $15 and $30, depending on your delivery choice, size and weight of parcel. A handling fee of $2.95 is applicable. All deliveries include tracking.
 

SHIPPING TIMES - AUSTRALIA

You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We suggest allowing the following time for delivery:

Sydney: 1-2 business days
Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane: 1-3 business days
Adelaide, Far North Queensland: 3-6 business days
Perth, Northern Territory, Tasmania: 6-11 business days
 

SHIPPING COSTS - INTERNATIONAL

We charge between $55 and $120 for international orders, depending on size, weight and speed of delivery service. All options are listed at the checkout. Orders are sent via Australia Post Air Mail Standard, Express or by International Courier such as FedEx. A $5.95 handling fee is applicable.
 

SHIPPING TIMES - INTERNATIONAL

Delivery times can vary greatly depending on your location and the speed of the service you choose. We suggest allowing the following when selecting Air Mail:

New Zealand: 5-7 working days
North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific: 7-16 working days
Rest of the world: 15-25 working days
International courier times are much faster, at 1-5 days.
